章谦亨（生卒年不详）字牧叔，，吴兴（今浙江湖州）人。绍定间，为铅山令，为政宽平，人称生佛，家置像而祀，勒石章岩，以志不忘。历官京西路提举常平茶盐。嘉熙二年（1238），除直秘阁，为浙东提刑，兼知衢州。《全宋词》辑其词九首。
