悯时命之不当兮，去重华之日远。怀贞悫之操行兮，遭此世之淟涊。
志浩荡以耿介兮，思低回而蹇产。众日进而蔽壅兮，何灵修之为怨。
固时俗之俇儴兮，背矩矱而不可化。独好修以增姱兮，宜反谓余以多诈。
惟天地之可正兮，指黄泉以为期。欲予屈心以从俗兮，虽九死其犹不忍为。
执太原之獶兮，蹈焦原之峻。世沈淖而莫予知兮，吾愈岧峣而自信。
昔伯阳之逢纷兮，时亦云其遑遑。繄周公不复梦兮，曷疑尼父之惋伤。
阴与阳其轇轕兮，天与地其回薄。八柱将挠兮，四极安托。
嗟予生之多艰兮，哀众命之将落。愿披志而抽凭兮，思自近而不可得。
独挹抑而无谁语兮，怊茫洋而焉极。
涕淫溢而澒溶兮，面高穹而叹息。吾将遁俗以洁居兮，从巢父于箕山。
采三秀而咽苍柏兮，聊以终吾之永年。哀山谷之多风兮，霰雪冥冥而不见天。
豺狼纵目以相嗥兮，虎豹群而食人。信自适而无所兮，蹇淹留而惝恍。
目眈眈而外浮兮，精专专而独往。搴太清以为佩兮，揽灏气以为圭。
芳飒遝而并御兮，岂独椒桂与江蓠。厌此世之多嚣兮，将远跳而去之。
揭太乙之长竿兮，建招摇之飞旗。天吴为余奔走兮，龙伯为余指麾。
折邓林以为策兮，眇八合而驱驰。左裾拂乎昆崙兮，右袂掩乎月窟。
访混沌之所止兮，超青冥而荒忽。抚盘古之顶兮，挽天皇之臂。
叙余心而陈词兮，曷为乎鸿荒之不再世。吾将揭北斗而量九州兮，均人命之所与。
定日月之所舍兮，使长照临此下土。又恐群灵之好谗兮，俾上帝之凭怒。
不照余之精诚兮，吾将安诉。临天路而徬徨，魂廷廷兮失度。
乱曰：邅余车以来归兮，曾何足以舒忧。羌灵修之不吾祐兮，于今之人其何尤。
怀余情而终古兮，聊与化而逍遥。

严羽，南宋诗论家、诗人。字丹丘，一字仪卿，自号沧浪逋客，世称严沧浪。邵武莒溪（今福建省邵武市莒溪）人。生卒年不详，据其诗推知主要生活于理宗在位期间，至度宗即位时仍在世。一生未曾出仕，大半隐居在家乡，与同宗严仁、严参齐名，号“三严”；又与严肃、严参等8人，号“九严”。严羽论诗推重汉魏盛唐、号召学古，所著《沧浪诗话》名重于世，被誉为宋、元、明、清四朝诗话第一人。
