郭茂倩（1041年－1099年），字德粲（《宋诗纪事补遗》卷二四），宋代郓州须城（今山东东平）人（《宋史》卷二九七《郭劝传》）。为莱州通判郭劝之孙，太常博士郭源明之子。神宗元丰七年（一○八四）时为河南府法曹参军（《苏魏公集》卷五九《郭君墓志铭》）。编有《乐府诗集》百卷传世，以解题考据精博，为学术界所重视。
