译文
美人的腰很细，脖子白而长，肌肤白嫩有光泽，鬓发重叠，十分厚密。她的眉毛像弯月，眼睛像明星，笑起来略带愁意。晚上精心妆扮以后，就连春天也比不上她那如柳枝般妖娆、如桃花般艳丽的美貌。
美人在竹席上躺着，水纹映在青纱帐上，她的眼神也好似笼罩上了一层薄雾。她像一枝芙蓉花那样醉卧在竹席上，如此美好的夜晚却不能和心上人一起度过，她的脸上显得充满了恨意和忧愁。
注释
楚腰：泛指女子细腰。《韩非子·二柄》：“楚灵王好细腰，而国中多饿人。”杜牧《遣怀》：“落魄江湖载酒行，楚腰纤细掌中轻。”
蛴领：领项白而颀长。蛴，蝤蛴，木中的蝎虫，体白而长，以比喻女子颈项。见和疑《采桑子》注。
团香玉：形容肌肤白嫩而有光泽。
鬓叠：鬓发重叠，言其厚密。
月蛾星眼：如弯月之眉，如明星之眼。
笑微嚬：笑而略带愁意。嚬，通“颦”，皱眉头。
柳妖桃艳：如柳枝妖娆，如桃花艳丽。
不胜：比不上。
簟（diàn）：竹席。
秋波：指女子的眼神。
良宵：美好的夜晚。
忡忡（chōng chōng）：忧愁的样子。《诗经·召南·草虫》：“未见君子，忧心忡忡。”
