译文
明月照在冒珍珠似的水泡的江水上，秋风洗刷着能把锦缎洗得更好看的锦江。
这分别的地方，有楼台，紧靠着又高又陡的江岸；有洲诸，很长很长，长得要跟远天连起来。
旅途飘泊，现在要以千里计数了；而凄凄惶惶的情景，看来要陪伴我一辈子了。
眼前的穷途末路，只能叫我眼泪洗面；回头看看我走过的里程，也只能叫我潸然出涕。
注释
沉珠浦：河岸的美称。浦，江岸。
濯（zhuó）锦川：即锦江。岷江分支之一，在今四川成都平原，传说蜀人织锦濯其中则锦色鲜艳，濯于他水，则锦色暗淡，故称。
绝岸：陡峭的江岸。洲渚（zhǔ）：水中小块的陆地。
亘（gèn）：绵延。
长天：辽阔的天空。
旅泊：飘泊。旅，一作“飘”。
栖遑（xī huáng）：同“栖皇”，奔波不定，神情不安。遑，一作“迟”。
潸（shān）然：流泪。

此诗是咸亨元年（670）诗人在蜀中与薛华再次分别时所作。

重别薛华鉴赏
这首诗的创作特点是随心而发，直抒胸臆。面对好友，诗人郁积在心头的愤懑凄苦，倾泻无遗。
诗的首联不仅写出时间、地点，还暗含了自己的不满，用夜明珠自喻，说明自己的遭遇如同夜明珠，虽然璀璨夺目，但埋没在泥沙中不能熠熠发光。
第二联直接写眼前景物，视线由近及远，极为开阔。秋天的江水如同郦道元《水经注》中描绘的景象：“巴东三峡巫峡长，猿鸣三声泪沾裳。”凄凉悲苦之情由景而生。
第三联很自然地过渡到抒情，面对滔滔江水，诗人产生旅泊千里、栖遑百年的感觉，李煜的词句“问君能有几多愁，恰似一江春水向东流”（《虞美人》）是最好的概括。
最后一联，诗人难以自已，直接写出与好友即将离别，漫漫旅途，只有泪水相伴的悲凉和哀愁。诗中反映出沛王府放逐事件对王勃是致命一击，乐观向上、热情豪放的王勃渐渐远去，凄凉悲苫、忧郁彷徨的王勃开始出现。

王勃（649或650～676或675年），唐代诗人。汉族，字子安。绛州龙门(今山西河津)人。王勃与杨炯、卢照邻、骆宾王齐名，世称“初唐四杰”，其中王勃是“初唐四杰”之首。唐高宗上元三年（676年）八月，自交趾探望父亲返回时，不幸渡海溺水，惊悸而死。王勃在诗歌体裁上擅长五律和五绝，代表作品有《送杜少府之任蜀州》等；主要文学成就是骈文，无论是数量还是质量，堪称一时之最，代表作品有《滕王阁序》等。
