译文
文章本是不加人工，天然而成的，是技艺高超的人在偶然间所得到的。
纯白没有瑕疵，并不需要人力去刻意追求。
你看古代的彝器（青铜祭器），精巧、笨拙都不能改变。
汉代离先秦最近了，但文章的深厚、浅薄已有了很大的差异。
胡人的音乐是怎样的？就是一些管弦与丝竹。
后夔（传说是舜的乐官）不再写音乐了，千年以来，谁又能跟他相比拟呢？
注释
粹然：纯粹的样子。瑕疵：本谓玉病，这里指文章的毛病。
人为：人力所为，与“天成”相对。
彝器：也称“尊彝”，古代青铜器中礼器的通称。
无施：没有施加人力的影响，意谓是“天成”的。
汉：汉代。先秦：指秦代以前的历史时期。
固：本来。淳纯：质朴敦厚。漓：浇薄。这两句说：汉代与先秦紧接，可是在淳厚和浇薄上，表现得已经很不同了。言外是说，汉代较薄，先秦淳厚。
胡部：唐代掌管胡乐的机构，亦指胡乐。胡乐从西凉一带传入，当时称“胡部新声”。
豪竹：竹制的乐器。哀丝：弦乐器。
后夔：人名，相传为舜的乐官。
期：约会。这两句说：后夔已成为历史人物，不可能再写乐曲了，千年以来，还有谁会创作出他那样“纯粹无瑕疵”的乐曲来？

陆游（1125—1210），字务观，号放翁。汉族，越州山阴（今浙江绍兴）人，南宋著名诗人。少时受家庭爱国思想熏陶，高宗时应礼部试，为秦桧所黜。孝宗时赐进士出身。中年入蜀，投身军旅生活，官至宝章阁待制。晚年退居家乡。创作诗歌今存九千多首，内容极为丰富。著有《剑南诗稿》、《渭南文集》、《南唐书》、《老学庵笔记》等。
