译文
应花期而来的风哟，你虽来了，但人已离散去，全不像那花儿依旧。
人到春来瘦，等候着心上人，倚门盼归，折断了门前杨柳。
上天赋予了人多情的心，却不肯给予长相守的机会。自你我分别后，伴随我的，只是相思的泪、浇愁的酒，沾湿了我的双罗袖。
注释
点绛唇：词牌名，此调因江淹《咏美人春游》诗中有“白雪凝琼貌，明珠点绛唇”句而取名。四十一字。上阕四句，从第二句起用三仄韵；下阕五，亦从第二句起用四仄韵。《词律》认为，上阕第二句第一字宜用去声，“作平则不起调”。但亦有作平起调者。
②花信：花开的风信、消息。古人将春天分为二十四番花信，即二十四番花信风，各种名花按花信顺序开放。
“天与”二句：谓上天赋予了多情之心，却不肯给予长相守的机会。
分飞：离别。

点绛唇·花信来时创作背景
北宋时期，词人在春天观看到花语依旧，而人却因别离而消瘦。于是词人为了思念自己的妻子，故写下了这首词。

点绛唇·花信来时鉴赏
这又是一篇思妇之词。先说花开有信而人归无期，相比之下，产生了怨恨之情。继而说“又成春瘦”，因伤春而瘦，非只今年、去年、前年，乃至更早，就已是逢春必瘦了，可见伤春之长久而且深沉。其实，致瘦之因，伤春是表面的话，伤离才是真情。每年春天，柳梢青青，而“留”人不住，“柳”徒增恨，顺手折之，以表盼望游子归来之心意，不料三折两折，竟把门前的柳枝都折尽了。
过片，从尤人进而怨天，“天与多情，不与长相守”，这是怨恨老天爷自相矛盾，既使人多情，又不使人相守，多情与相守不能兼得，因而引出离别相思之苦。这里所表达的怨情是更深一层的了。
最后说到排遣愁苦的做法。借酒浇愁的话并未明说，只说“泪痕和酒，沾了双罗袖”，这里面已经包含着“酒入愁肠，化作相思泪”的意思，泪和酒已然混为一体，以罗袖扭之，故而沾湿。当然，这样写来，既是强调，也是夸张，而所表述的情意却是真挚的。

晏几道（1030-1106，一说1038—1110 ，一说1038-1112），男，汉族，字叔原，号小山，著名词人，抚州临川文港沙河（今属江西省南昌市进贤县）人。晏殊第七子。历任颍昌府许田镇监、乾宁军通判、开封府判官等。性孤傲，晚年家境中落。词风哀感缠绵、清壮顿挫。一般讲到北宋词人时，称晏殊为大晏，称晏几道为小晏。《雪浪斋日记》云：“晏叔原工小词，不愧六朝宫掖体。”如《鹧鸪天》中的“舞低杨柳楼心月，歌尽桃花扇底风”等等词句，备受人们的赞赏。
