译文
谁在海天之间放了一轮皎洁的圆月，匆匆一瞥就不禁令人惆怅起来。不要再说什么离愁别绪，每个夜晚总是涕泪飘零。
只有去到另外一个世界才能重逢，可今生又到哪里去相遇呢?这无奈的今生今世，刚刚因触景而伤了情，就又在愁怀中想起了你。
注释
采桑子：又名《丑奴儿》《罗敷媚》《罗敷艳歌》等。双调四十四字，上下阙各四句三平韵。
冰轮：月亮。
值：每到，正值。
凉宵：景色美好的夜晚。
碧落：道教语。指青天、天空。
可奈：怎奈。李煜《采桑子》：“可奈情怀，欲睡朦胧入梦来。”

采桑子·海天谁放冰轮满创作背景
此词为悼亡之作。纳兰妻卢氏病逝于康熙十六年（1677）五月三十日，这首词应作于卢氏亡后数年，和《琵琶仙·中秋》可能是同时之作。纳兰爱妻卢氏的去世，在纳兰心中留下了难以磨灭的伤痕。纳兰性德因思念自己的妻子卢氏而写下了这首词。

采桑子·海天谁放冰轮满鉴赏
“海天谁放冰轮满，惆怅离情。”上片前二句因离情而责怪月亮：是谁让天字中的月儿变得那么皎洁明亮。难道他没有看到我的离情惆怅吗，词人恼月照人，又增“月圆人不圆”的怅恨，这种借月以表达怀念之情的作法与苏东坡的“不应有恨，何事长向别时圆？”朱淑真的“多谢月相怜，今宵不忍圆。”有异曲同工之妙。“莫说离情，但值凉宵总泪零”。接下二句，写这种离情已不堪提起，每到凉夜，总耍使人伤心落泪。只是反反复复地说离情，而不说明是怎样的离情。
“只应碧落重相见，那是今生。”直至下片的“碧落重相见”，才知道先前所说之离情，并非一般之生离，而是凄然断肠的死别。自居易《长恨歌》诗里有“上穷碧落下黄泉，丽处茫茫皆不见”之语，是说贵妃死后，明皇命方士通天彻地去寻。容若作此语。说明爱人亡故。然而就算碧落重逢。也正如李商隐《马嵬》诗中所说的“海外徒闻更九州，他生未卜此生休”。即使能够重见，已不是今生的事了。至于今生呢，偏偏在忧愁之时总会想你。“刚作愁时又忆卿”。语简情深，哀婉之处动人心魄。愁上浇愁，苦上加苦。容若心思之凄惋低徊，由此亦可见一斑。既然无力逃脱记忆的深渊，他也只能寻求一些希冀，今生最想实现的事情，不过是再见一面，再走一遭，却已是天上人间。纳兰明白，只应碧落，才有重见的可能，可今生，又如何去到那里啊。她依然消失人世，他只能遥望不舍。

纳兰性德（1655－1685），满洲人，字容若，号楞伽山人，清代最著名词人之一。其诗词“纳兰词”在清代以至整个中国词坛上都享有很高的声誉，在中国文学史上也占有光采夺目的一席。他生活于满汉融合时期，其贵族家庭兴衰具有关联于王朝国事的典型性。虽侍从帝王，却向往经历平淡。特殊的生活环境背景，加之个人的超逸才华，使其诗词创作呈现出独特的个性和鲜明的艺术风格。流传至今的《木兰花令·拟古决绝词》——“人生若只如初见，何事秋风悲画扇？等闲变却故人心，却道故人心易变。”富于意境，是其众多代表作之一。
