人生不满百，一别费三年。

译文
人生到不了一百年，如今我们一别已经整整三年了。
我能有几个三年啊，过去了就永远失去。
而别愁能够让人更快的衰老。
想以前总喜欢写信，可自从分别后，离愁让我不忍动笔。
想起以往的欢乐，此时却被忧愁缠绕。
我交往了许多朋友，但都不相处得愉快。
只有你读书最是勤奋，昼夜不离出席，以致坐毡上都生了虱子。
你如果你要入世，一定要有一番大的作为。
自从朝廷和西夏达成了妥协，一些有识之士常为边防忧虑。
朝廷放松了戒备，可西夏却总是肆意骚扰边境。
如今陕醮解了有志的勇士，个个穿着漂亮的皮袍。
买了上好的骏马，用宝石装饰宝刀，准备从征。
何时我也能够随他们一起去，定要与强虏对阵应战。

①一别：指嘉裙六年苏轼与苏辙自汴京分别后。
②缘：缠绕。
③塞壖：边境上的空地。
④庙谟：朝廷的决策。
⑤山西良家子：当时的北宋朝廷采纳韩琦的建议，在陕西诸州招义勇，得十五万余人。
⑥周旋：对阵应战。

苏轼（1037－1101），北宋文学家、书画家、美食家。字子瞻，号东坡居士。汉族，四川人，葬于颍昌（今河南省平顶山市郏县）。一生仕途坎坷，学识渊博，天资极高，诗文书画皆精。其文汪洋恣肆，明白畅达，与欧阳修并称欧苏，为“唐宋八大家”之一；诗清新豪健，善用夸张、比喻，艺术表现独具风格，与黄庭坚并称苏黄；词开豪放一派，对后世有巨大影响，与辛弃疾并称苏辛；书法擅长行书、楷书，能自创新意，用笔丰腴跌宕，有天真烂漫之趣，与黄庭坚、米芾、蔡襄并称宋四家；画学文同，论画主张神似，提倡“士人画”。著有《苏东坡全集》和《东坡乐府》等。
