译文
在芳香的压着花纹的红笺纸上题遍诗句，诗笺大多寄给了一位旧日相好。只记西楼劝饮时她垂垂如雪的粉面和南苑歌舞时她春衫飘动如有微风吹拂。
自从别离以后，花柳依旧，无穷无尽，可惜欢乐之事却少有同心之人一块儿共度。请谁问得“云”的音信，问她如今飘荡在巫山哪一个峰头。
注释
鹧鸪天：词牌名，又名“思佳客”、“思越人”、“醉梅花”、“半死梧”等，双调，五十五字，上下片各四句、三平韵。
题破：写尽，写完。题，写。
香笺小砑（yà）红：磨压过的红色小纸。香笺，散发香气的信笺。砑红：又称“砑绫”，一种砑光之绫，用作信笺等。砑，研磨物体，使之坚实发光。
诗篇：一作“诗成”。
西楼：泛指词中主人公游乐之处。晏
酒面：饮酒后的面色，一作“宿酒”。
垂垂：渐渐。
南苑（yuàn）：苑名，因在皇宫之南，故名，历代所指不一。
春衫：指舞女穿着的轻而薄的衣衫。
细细风：指起舞之际，春衫飘动，仿佛有微风吹拂。

鹧鸪天·题破香笺小砑红创作背景
此词是词人在长安思念西楼歌女（即词中“旧相逢”）而作，词人和她有过一段美好的交往，分手后，多次写诗给她，但却得不到她的音信，这使得词人非常苦闷，于是创作此词，具体创作时间不详。

鹧鸪天·题破香笺小砑红鉴赏
此词抒写别后思念之情。上片由叙及忆，叙香笺题诗，追忆相逢旧事，直抒情怀，思念之情抒写不尽。“题破香笺小砑红。诗篇多寄旧相逢。”别后相思，香笺砑红，写成诗篇，寄予GREn/ target=_blank class=infotextkey>情人。“西楼酒面垂垂雪，南苑春衫细细风”两句写景极流丽，然而实是言情，把词人对往事的留恋和怀想都写进“垂垂雪”和“细细风”中。旧事甚多，唯忆两件：一是西楼劝饮时，女子垂垂如雪的粉面；二是南苑歌舞时，女子随风飘旋的春衫。二事所指，实为一段春情，故美好难忘。
下片进一步写思念之苦，自分别后离愁别绪一直萦绕于心，词意较缠绵深沉，但词句却明了畅达。“花不尽，柳无穷”六字与上片开头相关合，题破香笺也写不完的思念之情正如同不尽之花、无穷之柳一样，表示分别以后，年复一年，春光如逝，相思不尽，因GREn/ target=_blank class=infotextkey>情人不在身旁，毫无欢乐意趣。结二句借用巫山神女的典故，以归云巫山作喻，追问巫山归云讯息，眷恋旧情，渴望再度相亲相爱，词切而情深，词人的苦闷与无奈尽含其中，同时似暗含词人所怀念的旧日相好的身份乃是一个歌妓之意，可谓“语尽而意不尽，意尽而情不尽”。
全词感慨今昔，或借景传情、或直抒胸臆，写情深沉婉曲，文笔却十分流畅，浅语有致，读来琅琅上口；又用时空转换，对比今昔；以设问猜测，情真意切，收到了意在言外的效果。

晏几道（1030-1106，一说1038—1110 ，一说1038-1112），男，汉族，字叔原，号小山，著名词人，抚州临川文港沙河（今属江西省南昌市进贤县）人。晏殊第七子。历任颍昌府许田镇监、乾宁军通判、开封府判官等。性孤傲，晚年家境中落。词风哀感缠绵、清壮顿挫。一般讲到北宋词人时，称晏殊为大晏，称晏几道为小晏。《雪浪斋日记》云：“晏叔原工小词，不愧六朝宫掖体。”如《鹧鸪天》中的“舞低杨柳楼心月，歌尽桃花扇底风”等等词句，备受人们的赞赏。
