译文
一切艰难险阻，在我看起来，就如天上漂浮的一朵朵白云，不应停滞于心中，而天空的颜色，是洁净湛蓝的。
夜深人静时，我思考着国家的命运，思考着自己的人生经历，尽是大起大落，如海中波涛一般。我将乘天地之正气，秉光明的心地，去接受任何的人生艰难险阻的挑战。
注释
飞锡：锡杖，即和尚的禅杖。多指和尚云游，作者借此表达他淡然世间荣辱的洒然心态。
天风：天地之正气的意思。
泛海创作背景
公元1506年（明武宗正德元年），王守仁因仗义执言被贬为贵州龙场驿驿丞。刘瑾还派人对他进行暗杀。王守仁急中生智，做出投江自杀的假象，搭上了前往福建的商船。不料，当他坐船行于海上，却遇上大风暴。王守仁此时却毫不畏惧地坐在船上，写下了这首著名的《泛海》。
泛海鉴赏
《泛海》这首诗意态潇洒，有一股正义的豪情，表达了王阳明淡然世间荣辱的洒然心态。
王阳明是明代著名哲学思想家和教育家，由他主张的“心学”和开创的阳明学派在后世产生了很大影响。王阳明的学说打破了当时理学家们对于“人”的钳制，解放了一大批人的心灵世界，渐渐成为思想界的一种风尚。
诗歌头两句“原”说明人世一切的艰难挫折，诗人原本就不放在心中，万物的变化只不过如同浮云掠过太空一样，在心中留不下任何痕迹。尽管这海上风云变色、巨浪滔天，只要我心不为所动，这大浪又算得了什么？这两句诗，充分表现了王守仁坚毅无畏的品质，同时也反映了王守仁的哲学观：“戒慎不睹，恐惧不闻，养得此心纯是天理”，便自然能达到心灵的纯明境界。
在诗歌的三、四两句中，诗人更进一步地描写了自己心中此时的感受：“夜静海涛三万里，月明飞锡下天风”，说在这“静谧”而辽阔的大海上，自己就好像手拿着锡杖（高僧手持的一种法器），驾着天风，在月光下飞越“海涛三万里”，这惊涛骇浪中命悬一线的惊险航程，在诗人笔下竟成了如此富有诗意的一次旅行。说到“静”字，还有一个故事：唐代禅宗高僧惠能有一次听两人辩论说风幡动，一个说是风动，一个说是幡动，惠能却说，都不是，是你们的心在动。王守仁的“心学”中也有类似的论述，他说，“可知充天塞地中间，只有这个灵明，人只为形体自间隔了。我的灵明，便是天地鬼神的主宰。天没有我的灵明，谁去仰他高？地没有我的灵明，谁去俯他深？鬼神没有我的灵明，谁去辨他吉凶灾祥？天地鬼神万物离却我的灵明，便没有天地鬼神万物了。”（王守仁《王阳明全集》）。
从《泛海》的创作背景看，《泛海》这首诗体现了诗人洒脱的心胸和强烈的自信，以及诗歌背后所蕴藏的深刻哲理。章太炎评价王阳明心学时曾说过四个字“自尊无畏”，这四字从《泛海》中得到了较好的体现。

王守仁（1472年10月31日－1529年1月9日），汉族，幼名云，字伯安，号阳明，封新建伯，谥文成，人称王阳明。明代最著名的思想家、文学家、哲学家和军事家。王阳明不仅是宋明心学的集大成者，一生事功也是赫赫有名，故称之为“真三不朽”其学术思想在中国、日本、朝鲜半岛以及东南亚国家乃至全球都有重要而深远的影响，因此，王守仁（心学集大成者）和孔子（儒学创始人）、孟子（儒学集大成者）、朱熹（理学集大成者）并称为孔、孟、朱、王。
