译文
花草香美的美丽时节，人怎能在寂寞中度过呢?因而与友人话起了生平夜至三更，禁不住弹唱一曲，悲歌低吟浅唱，竟引得清泪暗流。
要知道春花秋叶，季节更替地催促时光流转，恍惚间鬓角已添了白发，索性今朝有酒今朝醉，不再去操心那深厚的虚名。
注释
采桑子：又名《丑奴儿》《罗敷媚》《罗敷艳歌》等。双调四十四字，上下片各四句三平韵。另有添字格，两结句各添二字，两平韵，一叠韵。
芳菲节：指春天。
一阕（què）：一曲。零：滴落。
秋叶春花促：岁月催人老之意。促：短促，时间紧。
点鬓（bìn）星星：鬓边白发杂生。语出左思《白发赋》“星星白发，生于鬓垂”。星星：形容白发星星点点地生出。
倾：这里是一饮而尽的意思。

容若自二十二岁起，便担任康熙侍卫，扈从銮驾南巡北征。如今又是一年一度的芳菲时节，但是诃人却因志不得伸、失去自由而终日悲愤哀伤不已。值此春夜，他却独自不成寐，挨到三更时分，愁情更浓，于是悲歌一曲，写下了这首词。

采桑子·那能寂寞芳菲节鉴赏
上片写春天让人寂寥落寞，情思涌起，于是慨然高歌，暗自垂泪。词以疑问语气开篇，“那能寂寞芳菲节，欲话生平”。在芳菲时节，姹紫嫣红、满城春色的胜景。但是此篇中，词人的心情似与佳景甚不相合一“寂寞芳菲节”。一边是莺啼燕语、百花盛开，—边是茕然独处，形影相吊，两相比衬之下，词人的内心确实是寂寞惆怅。因此，在这个时候，“欲话生平”自然是再也不能了。词人自二十二岁起，便担任康熙侍卫，扈从銮驾南巡北征。侍卫一职十分辛劳，容若“性耐劳苦”，恪尽职守旦夕不懈，但是让词人痛苦的并不是辛劳，而是违背理想和本性。他在八年的光阴中，熟练的弓马只能用于担任警卫和奉陪狩猎，杰出的诗才也只能用于涂写那些言不由衷的应制篇章。值此如水春夜，他却独自不成寐，想到这乏味的人生唯有“泪暗零”而已。
下片写秋日落叶春日繁花年复一年地催促着人逐步迈向衰老，抒发世俗的感慨。“须知秋叶春华促，点鬓星星。”词人风华之年，尽在枯燥的鞍马间度过，然而时光荏苒，秋叶飘零，春花盛开，年复一年地催促着人由少到老，除了徒增白发之外，了无生趣。“遇酒须倾．莫问千秋万岁名。”结篇处，词人宕开一笔，说遇到美酒当前，就应该一醉方休，不要戮力去追求千秋万岁的俗世功名。既然理想渺茫，人世如风，等不到“人生得意须尽欢，莫使金樽空对月”的时候，那么何妨有酒就干，任诞放达，身后名定不如生前一杯酒。结处化李白《行路难》中名句：“且乐生前酒一杯，何须身后干载名。”颇得太白逍遥超脱之风。

纳兰性德（1655－1685），满洲人，字容若，号楞伽山人，清代最著名词人之一。其诗词“纳兰词”在清代以至整个中国词坛上都享有很高的声誉，在中国文学史上也占有光采夺目的一席。他生活于满汉融合时期，其贵族家庭兴衰具有关联于王朝国事的典型性。虽侍从帝王，却向往经历平淡。特殊的生活环境背景，加之个人的超逸才华，使其诗词创作呈现出独特的个性和鲜明的艺术风格。流传至今的《木兰花令·拟古决绝词》——“人生若只如初见，何事秋风悲画扇？等闲变却故人心，却道故人心易变。”富于意境，是其众多代表作之一。
