译文
晨起兴高我游泰山，云缠雾绕景致可观。
忽然遇到两位仙童，活泼伶俐青春美颜。
他们双双乘着白鹿，手中似有灵芝闪闪。
我知眼前必是真仙，跪拜请把长寿指点。
二仙领我走上复道，来至金楼玉台上面。
笑着赐我一丸仙药，此药应是神皇制炼。
立即动手教我服下，精气复足脑力补全。
从此我寿可比金石，长生不老永存世间。
注释
泰山：东岳，五岳之首，位于山东泰安境内。古代帝王多在此封禅祭告天地，多古迹和文人墨迹，为旅游胜地。
窈窕：幽静美好。窈，深远，幽静。文静。窕，深邃，修长。优雅。
童：仙童。童老。
颜色：容颜肤色。
鲜好：鲜丽美好。
乘彼：乘坐着他们的。
翳yì：遮蔽，掩盖。用羽毛做的华盖。
芝草：菌属。古以为瑞草，服之能成仙。治愈万症，其功能应验，灵通神效，故名灵芝，又名“不死药”俗称“灵芝草”。
真人：古代道家把修真得道（成仙），洞悉宇宙和人生本原，真正觉醒觉悟的人称之为真人。天尊的别名。长跪：古代的一种礼节，指直身而跪，其礼节较轻。直身而跪，也叫“跽”。古时席地而坐，坐时两膝据地，以臀部着足跟。跪则伸直腰股，以示庄敬。
问道：请教道理道术。
玉堂：玉饰的殿堂。亦为宫殿的美称。神仙的居处，豪贵的宅第。
金楼：饰以金色的高楼。
复道：楼阁或悬崖间有上下两重通道，称复道。楼阁间架空的通道。也称阁道。
仙药：神话传说中仙人所制的神药仙丹，吃了可以长生不老。神皇：即指玉皇大帝。道教称天界最高主宰之神为玉皇大帝，上掌三十六天，下握七十二地，掌管一切神佛仙圣和人间地府之事。亦称天公。
服食：又名服饵，指服食药物以养生。道教认为，世间和非世间有某些药物，人食之可以祛病延年，乃至长生不死。
还精补脑：返还精气补充脑力，道家保持元气的养生延年之术。
寿：寿命，年寿。
金石：金属和石头。常用以比喻不朽。
永世：永恒世间，指世世代代；永远。

曹植（192－232），字子建，沛国谯（今安徽省亳州市）人。三国曹魏著名文学家，建安文学代表人物。魏武帝曹操之子，魏文帝曹丕之弟，生前曾为陈王，去世后谥号“思”，因此又称陈思王。后人因他文学上的造诣而将他与曹操、曹丕合称为“三曹”，南朝宋文学家谢灵运更有“天下才有一石，曹子建独占八斗”的评价。王士祯尝论汉魏以来二千年间诗家堪称“仙才”者，曹植、李白、苏轼三人耳。
