译文
钱塘江边，吴山脚下，正值清秋之夜。离愁随江奔涌去，别恨似吴山重重叠叠。北雁南来，荷花凋谢。清冷的秋雨，灯盏的青光，更增添了书斋的凄凉、寂寞，怕离别却又这么早就离别。今晚且图一醉，既然明朝终将离去，还是忍耐一些。
注释
浙江：即钱塘江。为兰溪与新安江在建德会合后经杭州入海的一段。因为通海，秋天多潮，以壮观著称。
吴山：山名，也叫胥山，在今杭州市钱塘江北岸。
寒雁：秋分后从塞北飞到南方来过冬的大雁。
青灯：即油灯。因发光微青，故名。
宁奈：忍耐。些些：即一些儿。后一个“些”字读sā，语尾助词。

元文学家。字端甫，号牧庵，河南（今河南洛阳）人。原籍柳城。官翰林学士承旨、集贤大学士。能文，与虞集并称。所作碑志甚多，大都为歌颂应酬之作。原有集，已散失，清人辑有《牧庵集》。
