译文
眼前是横挡的重重青山，弥漫着千万缕烟雾。看不到你憔悴的面容，分别后我独倚篷窗活活地受苦。恨不得跳进大江，随着东流的江水一块逝去。
注释
双调：宫调名。
寿阳曲：曲牌名。
疏斋：元代文学家卢挚的号。
玉堂人物：卢挚曾任翰林学士，故称。玉堂：官署名，后世称翰林院。因翰林院为文人所居之处，故元曲多称文士为“玉堂人物”。
篷窗：此指船窗。
落梅风·山无数创作背景
在珠帘秀和卢挚二人分别时，卢挚到江边送行并做了一小令《寿阳曲·别珠帘秀》送给她。珠帘秀在接到那首小令以后，用原调写此小令回赠卢挚。卢挚，号疏斋，所以此小令名为答卢疏斋。

落梅风·山无数鉴赏
“山无数，烟万缕。”，一方面是直道眼前精算，渲染分手时的气氛，一方面也有起兴与象征的意义。那言外之意是说：无数青山将成为隔离情人的障碍，屡屡云烟犹如纷乱情丝，虚无缥缈而绵不绝延。
“憔悴煞玉堂人物。”，原来尽管行程缓缓，“山”、“烟”等外景不时扑入眼帘，而在作者脑海中浮现、心底里念叨的是卢挚。由景到人，说出送别之人的悲凉意绪，实业反衬出自己的悲伤。“憔悴煞”与卢挚所作“痛煞”相呼应，表现出卢挚对珠帘秀的一片深情，同时也形象地道出了别离的痛苦。
“倚篷窗一身儿活受苦，恨不得随大江东去。”，据卢挚原作中“华传尔载将春去也”一句可知，珠帘秀将乘船离去，也许这是一次长久的离别，也许是一去不返，成为永诀，因双方的心情都很沉重。行舟将发，作者想到等待自己的是寂然一身，孤倚难眠，只有那滔滔的江水与悠悠的离恨与自己做伴，这样的处境实在难以忍受，因而说是“活受苦”。由此而想到了死，一死了之，岂不万事都得到了解脱。“恨不得随大江东去”一句就是这种心愿的表白。至此，作者的感情到达了高潮，全曲也在悲锴沉痛的调子中结束。可贵的是，作者以死殉情的愿望不是用哀艳低沉的调子写出，而是以慷慨悲凉的词语表现。
《寿阳曲·答卢疏斋》这首小令一改男女情爱的意象，把脉脉之情置在无数山中，万缕烟里，以及东去的大江之上，全然都是开阔宏伟的大自然意象。曲中也用了“煞”字，但这一字用得巧妙，以“代言体”的角度让这位玉堂人物自己去憔悴了。“大江东去”是从苏轼《念奴娇·赤壁怀古》中“大江东去，浪淘尽，千古风流人物”中演绎过来，竟用到了思爱之情上，这也是此曲的独到之处。

珠帘秀（生卒年不详），字、号、出生地及生平均不详，中国元代早期杂剧女演员。《青楼集》说她“姿容姝丽，杂剧为当今独步，驾头、花旦、软末泥等，悉造其妙，名公文士颇推重之。”可见她在元杂剧演员中的地位，元代后辈艺人尊称她为“朱娘娘”。珠帘秀与元曲作家有很好的交情，诸如关汉卿、胡祗遹、卢挚、冯子振、王涧秋等相互常有词曲赠答。关汉卿曾这样形容她：“富贵似侯家紫帐，风流如谢府红莲。”又有：“十里扬州风物妍，出落着神仙。”珠帘秀现存小令一首、套数一套。其曲作语言流转而自然，传情执着而纯真。曾一度在扬州献艺，后来嫁与钱塘道士洪丹谷，晚年流落并终于杭州。
