译文
江面上空旷无比，春潮泛起白色波涛，一波高过一波。山峰挺拔峭立，晨光中，山上处处一片青绿。
我独自一人在异地他乡极目远望，看见江边红花绿树掩映着亭子，好一派美好春光。
注释
旷：空阔。
潮：定时涨落的波涛，早晨的叫潮，晚上的叫汐。
岫（xiù）：山峰。晋陶渊明《归去来辞》有“云无心而出岫”之句。
边亭：报警的烽火台，晋张景阳《杂诗十首》有 “长镑鸣鞘中，烽火列边亭”。
早春野望创作背景
此诗当作于王勃被斥出沛王府之后，高宗乾封年间（666~667年）客居巴蜀时。此种遭遇，羁旅之中，最易引发感伤情绪，而在此诗中，却表现为明快。

早春野望鉴赏
此诗描写了初春的山景水色，表现游子淡淡的思乡之情。一句写水，初春气暖，冰融水流，河床空旷宽阔了，是横写。二句写山，青山苍翠，一片碧绿，是纵写。前两句诗描写“江旷”、“山长”之景，雄浑阔大，气象万千，为诗歌的展开提供了广阔的背景。后两句诗突出“他乡”二字，在天长地阔的春光中，诗人独自一人在异地他乡面对，此情此景类似杜甫“飘飘何所似，天地一沙鸥”（《旅夜书怀》）。三、四句进一步写远望，特意点出“他乡”，后边才有了驿道“长亭”以及柳和花。春天往往是家人思念外出之人的时节，也是游子思乡的最甚时节，何况又在早晨。诗写得含蓄美妙，情景交融。此诗与杜甫的另外一首诗相似：“江碧鸟逾白，山青花欲燃。今春看又过，何日是归年？”（《绝句》）杜甫漂泊他乡，望着眼前迷人的春景，思乡之情越发强烈，不禁发出春将归去，而人无归期的感叹。同样的感慨也出现在王勃的诗中，不同的是王勃比较含蓄，他只是客观地、不动声色地描写春潮、青岫、花树、边亭，但身在他乡的羁客面对此景时的慨叹，表现十分明显。因此杜甫的感叹也是王勃诗中的潜台词。
这首小诗没有细致的动态描写，诗人只是纵目远望，以描写远景的方式描写春光。诗浑厚开阔的气势，充满着淡淡的乡愁。此诗作者表现手法高明，诗人野望，首先看见江湖，青岫，但这不是野望的最终目的，因而诗人就登高极目瞭望，望见的只有“花树映边亭”。诗人并没有直接提到思乡，只是描写了一望再望，可是思乡已从一望再望的字里行间里反映出来了。

王勃（649或650～676或675年），唐代诗人。汉族，字子安。绛州龙门(今山西河津)人。王勃与杨炯、卢照邻、骆宾王齐名，世称“初唐四杰”，其中王勃是“初唐四杰”之首。唐高宗上元三年（676年）八月，自交趾探望父亲返回时，不幸渡海溺水，惊悸而死。王勃在诗歌体裁上擅长五律和五绝，代表作品有《送杜少府之任蜀州》等；主要文学成就是骈文，无论是数量还是质量，堪称一时之最，代表作品有《滕王阁序》等。
