我行东南野，文星忽当昼。
云章发玄秘，天笔括宇宙。
风雷膏泽沛，金玉渊海富。

亟闻魑魅走，语夺江海秀。
想当落笔时，真宰森左右。
要为后世法，何止鸡林售。

赵立夫，字德成，乐清（今属浙江）人。宋宗室。宁宗开禧元年（一二○五）进士，调龙泉县主簿。再中法科，除大理评事，出知湖州。嘉定十六年（一二二三），知严州（《淳熙严州图经》卷一）。理宗绍定元年（一二二八），以太府少卿兼知临安府。端平三年（一二三六），知平江府（《吴郡志》卷一一）。嘉熙二年（一二三八），除户部侍郎兼知临安府。明永乐《乐清县志》卷七有传。今录诗三首。
