（?—1126）时辽燕人，本名马植。辽大族，仕至光禄卿。徽宗政和初童贯使辽，献灭燕之策，因载与归宋，易名李良嗣。徽宗召见，赐姓赵，官秘书丞。迁直龙图阁，提点万寿观，加右文殿修撰。宣和间使金，谋议夹攻灭辽，先后往返六七次，颇尽心力。进龙图阁直学士，官至光禄大夫。以谏阻纳张觉事，坐夺职。钦宗靖康元年，金兵南侵。御史胡舜论其结成边患，贬窜柳州。后遭处死。
