宋道士，信州贵溪人。徽宗政和中赴阙，馆于太乙宫。徽宗访以修丹延年之术，道坚奏曰：“清静无为，轩黄所以致治；多欲求仙，汉武所以罔功。修炼非天子之事。”时徽宗预知国当有厄，命道坚禳之。道坚对日：“修德可以回天，桧禳之说，不敢误国。”后历请还山。高宗绍兴初遣使复召，使至，道坚已化。
