（991—1068）宋真州人，字昌龄。仁宗天圣二年进士。以文学见称。知仁和县，政尚仁恕，而穷治凶恶不贷者。迁国子监直讲，预校《史记》、前后《汉书》及《南史》、《北史》，修《集韵》。累迁开封府推官，坐事谪去。召还，同判尚书刑部。迁提点淮南刑狱，考课为当时第一。知舒州，发常平广惠仓以活陈、颍、许、蔡难民。官至司封郎中，以老致仕。
