费琦（一○二七～一○八○），字孝琰，成都（今属四川）人。仁宗皇祐中进士。初仕兴元府户曹参军，迁知合州赤水县、定州安喜县。神宗熙宁中通判蜀州、绵州，官至朝散郎。元丰三年卒，年五十四。事见《净德集》卷二四《朝散郎费君墓志铭》，《宋史翼》卷一九有传。今录诗四首。
