黄宏，字子约，号己斋，黄岩（今属浙江）人。超然从子。博学善词赋。元初，有以史才荐者，不就。落魄江湖几三十年。有《谷城集》，已佚。事见《大明一统志》卷四七、《宋季忠义录》卷一三《黄超然传》。今录诗五首。
