梁相，字必大，杭州（今属浙江）人。元成宗大德二年（一二九八）为镇江路儒学教授。五年，迁教绍兴。升婺州知事（《吴文正集》卷九三《送梁必大知事之婺州》）。为月泉吟社第三名，署名高宇；又为第十三名，署名魏子大。事见《月泉吟社诗》、《至顺镇江志》卷一七。今录诗二首。
