崔鶠(yǎn)，元佑进士，任凤州（今陕西凤县东）司户参军、筠州（今江西高安）推官。宣和六年(1124)起用为宁化军（治所在今山西静乐北宁化）通判，召为殿中侍御史。宋钦宗即位，以谏官召用，上书论蔡京之奸时，曾论及当时的文禁：“若苏轼、黄庭坚之文章，范镇、沈括之杂说，悉以严刑重赏，禁其收藏。其苛锢多士，亦已密矣。”而此时北宋垂亡矣。他深知局势难以挽回，“每叹天下事不可为”(吕本中《师友杂志》)，不久得挛疾而卒。
