施蛰存（1905年12月3日—2003年11月19日），原名施德普，字蛰存，常用笔名施青萍、安华等，浙江杭州人。著名文学家、翻译家、教育家、华东师范大学中文系教授。1923年考入上海大学，后转大同大学、震旦大学。1932年起在上海主编大型文学月刊《现代》 ，并从事小说创作，是中国最早的“新感觉派”的代表。1952年调任华东师范大学教授。1993年被授予“上海市文学艺术杰出贡献奖”。2003年11月19日，施蛰存在上海逝世，享年99岁。施蛰存博学多才，兼通古今中外，在文学创作、古典文学研究、碑帖研究、外国文学翻译方面均有成绩。有《施蛰存文集》。
