处世五十年，寡嗜仍少病。天与两目光，炯炯素清净。
前年翳生左，赤脉欻交横。审因察其源，五色非所竞。
学书信夙习，耽读亦本性。虽于二事切，未必致兹證。
从来不解饮，杯勺强酬应。积毒根胃肠，标表发昏瞢。
针刺争杂施，流血和泪迸。丹砂与空青，数市窘赀罄。
栀檗动盈筐，日啖不论命。重氛幸全扫，馀眚时一盛。
荏苒三载间，视眺犹未莹。偏盲亦何害，忌者遂相庆。
惟兹二三友，为我忧怲怲。许君屡贻书，力劝宜习静。
损读复省思，默坐但微瞑。心肾上下居，火实以水胜。
炎炎降不怒，行之久自定。殷勤柳与张，有便常致讯。
为言医法难，俗师慎毋听。一朝得奇药，千里转持赠。
缄封谨视护，述语颇详竟。开罂异香发，著箸金膏凝。
试之累旬日，奇效他莫并。感之欲次骨，报尔无照乘。
我生未见道，绝尘悦犹瞠。眊焉惭训言，亦岂中未正。
扶持谢诸公，磨刮完两镜。渐惊容衰老，谬忝小邑令。
乡山杳在望，归船行可榜。把卷欣复适，看云远相映。
挥弦送孤鸿，飘然动高兴。从令没暮齿，不复忧伥伥。
永怀何能忘，临风寄孤咏。

吴师道(1283—1344)，字正传，婺州兰溪县城隆礼坊人。生于元世祖至元二十年，卒年惠宗至正四年，年六十二岁。聪敏善记诵，诗文清丽。19岁诵宋儒真德秀遗书，乃致力理学研究，竭力排斥其他学说。元至治元年(1321)登进士第。授高邮县丞，主持兴筑漕渠以通运。因为官清正，被荐任国子助教，延祐间，为国子博士，六馆诸生皆以为得师。后再迁奉议大夫。以礼部郎中致仕，终于家。生平以道学自任，晚年益精于学，剖析精严。
