刘戬（1435～约1489）字景元，号晋轩，江西安福县人。明成化十一年（1475）谢迁榜进士高中榜眼。授翰林院编修。成化二十三年（1487）升任侍讲。孝宗登极，命刘戬出使交趾（今越南）亲授麒麟一品服。刘戬到交趾的第一天便颁诏，第二天接受宴请之后回朝，并谢绝所有馈赠。交趾大臣入朝致谢，称刘戬“廷臣清白”，并为其建起一座“却金亭”于思明道中。刘戬从交趾归来后升任谕德，第二年便去世了。刘戬才华出众，有很高的文学修养。著有《晋轩集》。
