蛟川见君蛩然喜，虎须猿臂一男子。

（1504—1580）福建晋江人，字志辅，号虚江。读书知兵法，世袭百户。举嘉靖十四年武会试，除千户。擢广东都司，进参将，移浙东，屡败倭寇，时称俞家军。三十四年，从张经破倭于王江泾，复偕任环破倭于江南各地。以赵文华兵败，被诬劾为“纵贼”，夺世荫。三十五年，起为浙江总兵官，还世荫。后以攻王直未全歼，被逮下狱。旋得释，立功塞上。四十年，移南赣，镇压广东饶平张琏山寨。后历福建、广东总兵官。四十二年，与戚继光破倭寇，复兴化城。四十三年，大破倭寇于海丰。又先后镇压吴平、曾一本等海上武装集团，击破古田壮族黄朝猛、韦银豹军。卒谥武襄。有《正气堂集》、《韬钤续篇》、《剑经》。
