（1610—1646）明浙江钱塘人，字元倩，一作玄倩，又字振祖，号退士。崇祯九年举人。十六年授开封府推官。时城被河灌，无人，乃驻封丘。十七年，奉周王渡河居杞县，与刘洪起募兵。福王擢为监察御史，巡按河南。潜夫请加洪起为将军，马士英不听。旋被召还。又被马士英诬为“私谒妖妇”(指自称福王妃之童氏)，下狱。南都失，归。鲁王加太仆少卿，进大理寺少卿，兼御史。兵败走山阴，率妻妾投水死。
