梁有年，字书之，号惺田。顺德人。明神宗万历二十三年（一五九五）进士。选授翰林院庶吉士。读书中秘三载，历授吏、礼、刑三科给事。奉使朝鲜，赐一品服，却馈金，朝鲜君臣咸异之。为监察御史，在谏垣七年。寻外补，任山东参政，河南、湖广按察使。累官至浙江右布政。后以荐升郧阳巡抚，适以忧归，旋卒。有《疏草》及《使东方集》。清温汝能《粤东诗海》卷四二有传。
