（1502—1568）明山东章丘人，字伯华，号中麓。嘉靖八年进士，授户部主事，官至太常寺少卿，提督四夷馆。罢归，治田产，蓄声伎，家居近三十年。征歌度曲，为新声小令，诗歌豪放，尤工词曲，不循格律，诙谐调笑，信手放笔。自谓藏曲最富，有“词山曲海”之目。曾刻元乔梦符、张小山小令。作传奇《宝剑记》，又有《登坛记》，今佚。又有《词谑》、《闲居集》。
