华白滋，字紫梁，号长白，无锡人。竹轩派仓四房支，祖居黄石街西街，明崇祯十七年(1644年)，授广西养利州学正，清顺治四年(1647年)，越南入侵广西，白滋代理知州守卫。城陷，具衣冠死明伦堂，妾姜氏杀其三岁儿子从缢。邑志忠节传有载。
